01 Luli

  • Author: Revealed to the Founding Prophet S.B.J. OSHOFFA.
  • Revelation: Received on May 23, 1947, through a heavenly voice during a vision in the Agongouè Forest. "Luli" means the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ.
  • Translation: Kept in its original form ("Luli") in all languages to preserve its sacred power.

Characteristic: This theme is usually sung while kneeling, in a posture of complete humility.

52 Yah Rah Ma, Yah Rah Mah

  • Author: Revealed by the Holy Spirit through the Founding Prophet.
  • Revelation: Received in the early days of the Church to invoke the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the congregation.
  • Translation: Translated from Yoruba to French by: "O God, come to our aid; send us Your power".

Characteristic: These hymns are used to ask for forgiveness, protection, or deliverance during daily services.

260 Hossannah, Hossannah

  • Author: Revealed to an inspired believer during a harvest festival.
  • Revelation: Received in a festive atmosphere to symbolize Christ's victory over death and darkness.
  • Translation: The term "Hosanna" remains universal, meaning "Save us, we pray". The rest of the text is translated into French/English to encourage the crowd's enthusiasm.

Characteristic: A dynamic rhythm, often accompanied by joyful movements and used to bring worship services to a triumphant close.
